Reebok offers a free 60-day return policy for all orders placed through our EU online store, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized products are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the return form provided in your delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
